We'll send you a postage-paid box for you to pack your knife in and ship to us. Your knife will be carefully sharpened by skilled craftspeople to restore its original cutting performance. Then your knife will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it continues to meet our standards of craftsmanship and quality, then professionally cleaned and refinished before it is returned to you.
